There are three homes for the residencies onsite
One, two and three bedroom options each with their own distinct setting and character. All homes are equipped with washer/dryer, full kitchen and furnishings, fiberoptic wifi, and all mod cons. Thoughtfully furnished to meet all needs for comfort and inspiration.
The Canal House
Set alongside the canal to Lake Santa Fe overhung by
sinuous live oaks this two bedroom home has ample
workspace both indoors and out and its own distinct privacy
The Cottage
A short walk from Hickory Pond, the cozy 500 sq ft one bedroom cottage with room to work inside, or outside on the covered deck.
The Stilt House
This three bedroom grid-tied home is solar powered, has an elevator for the stair-challenged, and wrap-around decks that provide remarkable views of the 5000 acre Santa Fe Swamp. It’s also a short walk across the pasture to its private dock on the canal to Lake Santa Fe.
